Seek out some of Bristol’s best independent restaurants this weekend for a taste of something both delicious and good for you as they take part in the One Planet Plate initiative from the Sustainable Restaurant Association.

This restaurant campaign aims to put sustainability at the forefront of the menu, encouraging diners to make better, more ethical choices when it comes to eating and on a wider scale, caring for the planet and it’s produce. Top Bristol chef’s have created dishes which help to eliminate food waste and also shine a light on sustainable produce that is local to Bristol. You can also get your hands on the recipes for these dishes, so you can recreate your favourite meal at home. Visit the website here to take a look through the wonderful options.
