Not that we needed to remind you that Bristol is booming with incredible bars and restaurants, but we had to share this fantastic news with you! As an extra little boost, five of our local establishments have been named among The Sunday Times Top 100 Restaurants.

Featured in the Sunday Times are the wonderfully talented:

Adelina Yard (winner of Foozie’s best restaurant 2016)
Bulrush
Casamia
The Ethicurean
The Pony & Trap

The Sunday Times doesn’t rank the establishments on the list: they select eight regional winners and one overall winner. Revealed in the magazine, we’ll get to find out who won on the 5th of February.

Editor of The Sunday Times Top 100 Restaurants, Laurel Ives, said: “The judging panel is made up of some of the most experienced and knowledgeable people in the industry, from chefs and owners to our own expert writers. They have picked out the very best establishments that the UK’s impressive culinary scene has to offer.”

We’d like to send a big congratulation to all five restaurants on the list for making Bristol a ‘gastronomic boomtown’!
