An exciting new bar, events space and street food market is opening in Stokes Croft today and it promises to be a one of a kind venue within Bristol.
Corner 77 is the newest venture from the amazing team behind Wapping Wharf’s Cargo Cantina and Spanish tapas restaurant Bravas. The venue is going to encompass street food, with different traders serving up a whole range of cuisines on a frequently rotating basis as well as being an all day bar and cafe. The space will also play host to various events, from pop-ups to fine dining – so it really promises to be a hub for everyone.
Opening this evening with food from 6pm, there will also be an opportunity for the first 50 people through the doors to enjoy a free beer from Corner 77’s lead brewery, Freedom. On Saturday evening, the team from El Jimador will also be sampling their tequila from 5pm – the perfect way to kick off bank holiday proceedings!
In the pipeline for Corner 77 are exclusive pop-ups, kitchen takeovers by Bristol eateries, and events such as a Bottomless Brunch, Tapas Takeover by the Bravas team (which started as a supper club originally), and a Crab Shack. All are yet to be announced as dates and details are confirmed.
We think this is just the sort of venue Bristol has been waiting for, so once you’ve finished work – grab your pals and head down to this exciting new space for some fantastic food, drinks and music!
