It’s that time of year again and we’re super excited here at Foozie! One of our favourite events of the summer, the Harbourside Festival is looking like it’s going to be one hell of a weekend! With Cargo 2 now open, festival goers are going to be spoilt for choice when it comes to deciding where to go to eat and drink! An amazing opportunity to spend the day with family and friends, we’ve compiled a list of the best places to eat and drink at the Harbourside Festival! After all, is it really a party if there’s no food?!

Under the Stars

A Foozie favourite, this has got to be one of the best venues to kick off Harbour Fest antics! Bang in the middle of all the action, the food is incredible, the wine is delicious, and let’s face it – getting boozie on a boat is a must.

Spoke & Stringer

Loved by everyone, Spoke & Stringer has got to be on your to do list! With an outdoor seating area and amazing food, this venue is perfect for brunch in the sun overlooking the harbour! YUM

No 1 Harbourside

One of our favourite venues, No 1 Harbourside boasts a fantastic list of wine, cider, and beer! They’ve got a pretty sweet view overlooking the harbour AND an incredible new summer menu!

The ultimate stop for cracking open a cold one, the Arnolfini’s outdoor seating area is perhaps one of Bristol’s most popular destination for when the sun’s out! Be quick to grab a spot – it gets busy… very quickly!

Burger Theory

Expect the festivities to take over King Street! So why not be part of the hustle and bustle and grab a side of fries at Burger Theory? Their chilli cheese fries are quite something. Residents at Kongs, you’ll also get a hefty selection of beers sure to hit the right spots!

Sat at the bottom of Park Street, you haven’t got to venture too far for a scoop of deliciously creamy gelato! We highly recommend their pistachio flavour – we’ve never tasted anything like it before!

They’ve got an amazing outdoor terrace, perfect for watching the festival go by! Their selection of food is out of this world… we’ll let this shot of their lamb flatbread pizza do the talking.

The Stable

We think pizza and cider is one of the best combos! An old favourite, be sure to check out the Stable! They’ve got an amazing selection of cider and their pizzas are to die for!

Olive Shed

Great food and amazing views! Nestled right by the river with an outdoor seating area, there’s nothing quite like the Olive Shed for a quick tapas break. If you’re a big fan of Mediterranean food, this is the place for you! Overlooking the festival, you’ll get a fantastic view of the harbour!

The Apple

Notoriously known for their lethal cider, the Apple needs to introduction! A Bristol favourite, this venue has got one of the best outdoor spaces you’ll ever find! If you want to be part of the action, make sure you get down there early! Their terrace fills up incredibly quickly!

Cargo 2

Bristol’s newest foodie mecca, Cargo 2 is home to any foodie’s fantasies! Be sure to check it out: you’ll be spoilt for choice! We recommend the Pizzarova, Athenian, Woky Ko, Pigsty, Cargo Cantina, & the Pickled Brisket!

The Famous Royal Navy Volunteer

Perhaps one of Bristol’s most treasured secret, the Famous Royal Navy Volunteer’s roof terrace is a total sun trap! It’s THAT good that you’ll forget you’re in Bristol! Be sure to make this one of your stops and don’t forget it’s Harbour Fest!

That’s all for now! See you guys at the Harbourside Festival, and let’s make this the best one yet!
