Next month, two of Bristol’s Michelin star chefs, Peter Sanchez-Iglesias of Casamia and Josh Eggleton of The Pony and Trap will be trekking in Nepal as part of a group from the hospitality industry to fundraise for Action Against Hunger.



To support their fundraising efforts, these two mighty Bristol chefs (who are also close friends), have announced a very special lunch indeed – The Pony & Trap x Casamia – which will take place at Yurt Lush on Sunday 18th March.



The duo will be serving up signature dishes from their respective restaurants and co-creating an 8-course menu for some very lucky diners. This is the first time an event like this between two talented and successful chefs has happened within the city, and it promises to be incredible.



Tickets are priced at £120 and will include a welcome drink and drinks flight to accompany the 8-course menu. The menu is currently reading like this:
