Weber & Tring’s, respectively Sarah Weber and Richard Tring, is a meeting between two people with one common goal: to create the perfect spirits & wine selection in an environment that encourages the discovery of new things to drink.
A space to educate, talk about and taste various spirits and wines on a monthly basis, this November it’s all about overaged malt whisky.
OVERAGED MALT WHISKY, 22nd November
Michel Couvreur produces his whisky by distilling in Scotland and then shipping them to Burgundy to age. The results are exquisite.
