Top Bristol restaurant Root has announced a stonking guest chef line-up for the next few months and some of the chefs who are stepping into the ring promise to provide an evening of fantastic food and a collaborative menu working alongside the restaurants head chef, Rob Howell.
The line up has been confirmed and announced and the chef’s and dates are here:

9 April – Jan Ostle, Wilson’s, Bristol
8 May – Kirk Haworth, Plates, Shoreditch, London
7 June – Toby Burrowes, Elystan Street, Chelsea, London
2 July – Niall Keating, Whatley Manor, Malmesbury
This is an exciting time for the Bristol food scene where we see so many of our acclaimed chef’s popping up all over the country but have not seen many guest chef line ups. The Root events promise to bring something special to the city.
