Japanese food fans are in for a treat, as beloved Bristol gyoza champions Eatchu have announced that they are opening a second site.

Saying hello to south of the river, they will be arriving in The Old Butchers on North street in Bedminster at the end of April. They will be serving a selection of their ever popular Gyozas, alongside a range of changing menu items and bowls of delicious ramen. It’s a great addition to North Street’s already diverse and varied restaurant scene.

Eatchu will still be trading at their original home in St. Nicks Market, but will be moving into the Butchers on Thursday 26th (however it is worth noting that there will be no dinner service on Saturday 28th April due to a private function).

Eatchu’s new home will allow owners Guy and Vic to create even more delicious dishes, and give them the opportunity to stretch their cooking skills even further when exploring with different menu items. It’s a really exciting time for them and The Old Butchers is the perfect fit with their relaxed atmosphere and great range of beers.
