After a huge success last year, Foozie is bringing the gin bus and rum bus back to Bristol for summer 2018 – and they’re bringing them back in style!

For those unaware of Foozie’s boozy bus series, guests are treated to a two-hour scenic trip around Bristol on a stunning 1950’s open-top bus while sipping on delicious gin or rum based drinks. It’s the perfect way to enjoy a summers afternoon while taking in the sites of the city with a drink-in-hand.

For this years series, Foozie has teamed up with Martin Millers Gin, which uses classic botanicals and Icelandic spring water to create the world’s most awarded gin of the last decade. Fans of pink gin will be very excited to know that the first ever Pink Gin Bus is happening, with Pinkster Gin providing the pink stuff. Pinkster Gin is naturally coloured and flavoured with fresh raspberries to give it a totally unique taste and identity. Rum fans will be pleased to know that they are catered for as well, with Old J Spiced Rum providing their incredible selection of rums., including the world’s First Overproofed spiced rum, Tiki Fire.

This year Foozie will also be offering a non-alcohol alternative, using Seedlip’s non-alcoholic spirits. Seedlip is the world’s first distilled zero-alcohol spirit that tastes incredible in cocktails and with tonic. And Fentimans will be perfectly pairing some of their botanically brewed beverages with the gin and the rum to create a selection of drinks menus that are totally unique to these bus events.

Guests aboard the busses will get four drinks included in their tickets price as well as a two-hour scenic trip on a stunning open-top bus. The first event is on Saturday 5th May and will run monthly, with trips at 1-3pm and 4-6pm. Tickets are £35 per person.

Foozie founder, Thom Whitchurch, said of the event:

“We’re so excited to be bringing the bus events back for summer. Last year was so much fun and we have made some massive improvements this year to make it even more special. We have a better bus which is the most beautiful machine I think I’ve ever seen – and I never thought I’d say that about a bus! Our drinks partners are some of the best in the world and we really wanted to provide a non-alcohol alternative this year, so we really really pleased when we discovered Seedlip. We are working closely with all brands to create some really special menus. I can’t wait to get going and show it all off. ”

All tickets sold out in less than four hours last year, so if you want to go then you’ll need to be quick.
